HTTP status: 422

What it means

An outbound HTTP fetch of a supplied URL failed.

Why it happens

• An outbound HTTP request (asset probe or webhook delivery) failed at the transport level.

How to fix it

• Check the target's availability and TLS configuration, then retry.

Example
