1. What we collect
Account data (name, email, password hash or Google account link), the documents and assets you submit for rendering, usage records (render minutes, AI generations, API request metadata), and billing details processed by Stripe — we never see full card numbers.
2. Why we collect it
To render your videos, meter plan quotas, secure the platform (rate limiting, abuse prevention), bill subscriptions, and send transactional email such as verification and password-reset messages. We don't sell your data or use your content to train models.
3. How long we keep it
Rendered videos are deleted automatically after 30 days on trial accounts and 90–365 days on paid plans. Source documents and templates stay until you delete them or your account. Usage and billing records are kept as long as required for accounting.
4. Who processes it
We run on Amazon Web Services (storage, rendering, speech and image synthesis), Stripe (payments) and Vercel (web hosting). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.
5. Your rights
You can export or delete your content at any time from the dashboard, and request account deletion — which removes your personal data and unexpired output. Contact privacy@automotion.dev for access or correction requests.
