Terms of service

1. The service
Automotion renders videos from JSON documents you submit through our website, editor and APIs. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the documents you submit and the videos we render from them. You are responsible for having the rights to any assets (images, video, audio, text) your documents reference, and for what you generate with AI features.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to produce unlawful, infringing or deceptive content, to spam, or to probe or disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Plans, credits and billing
New accounts receive a one-time grant of 300 trial credits. Paid plans include monthly credits that cover rendering and AI image generation; purchased top-up credits never expire. Rendering stops when your balance is exhausted — we never bill overage. Paid subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe and can be canceled any time, taking effect at the end of the billing period. Trial output carries an Automotion watermark; paid plans render without one.
5. Output retention
Rendered videos are stored for 30 days on trial accounts, 90 days on Starter and Pro, and 365 days on Studio, then deleted automatically. Download or move output you want to keep.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We version the document schema so existing documents keep rendering; we may change or discontinue other parts of the service with reasonable notice.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
